Machine Learning Approach for Targeting and Recommending a Product for Project Management

Conventionally, a market research and strategy for product depends on the interviews an explicit cluster/society to identify customer’s needs. Customer-created information (CCI), such as call-center data, online reviews, social media posts, provides opportunity recognize needs more efficiently. Moreover, developed conventional approaches are not compatible with large CCI datasets because most of CCI-contents repetitive uninformative. In this paper, machine learning approach identifying customer from dataset is proposed its performance evaluated targeting recommending new project management. After identification customer, can be used develop strategy, launching, brand positioning much long/short term planning.
